Your studies can be based on each product line, and consolidate several types of hazards simultaneously (physical, microbiological, allergen, organoleptic...) Action plans for compliance retrofitting are common to all your studies, and monitored directly by each responsible. Unlike a « word processor or spreadsheet », its architecture allows genuine information sharing, and homogenization of studies between your different users.
Hazard definition
All hazards defined by the « manager » in central data is linked dynamically with all HACCP studies. Each hazard belongs to a type and has its own severity rating. Hence, an HACCP study can analyze several hazards (allergen, microbiological, organoleptic, physical…) Each hazard is rated as « Food safe » or « Non food safe » and this, throughout analyses or reports generated automatically.
A hazard concerns an operation, either a CCP, or controlled by an PRPo. Unlike a « word processor or spreadsheet » Skill HACCP Pro allows updating your studies, by adding new hazards and capitalizing work already performed. Therefore, studies are homogeneous among your different users.
Dynamic document link
All documents defined by the « manager » in central data is linked dynamically to all steps in the HACCP study (Word, Excel, Visio, PDF…). All documents are identified in the central data. Each document is linked with a « Windows » file.All standard formats are recognized. A single click opens the document in the programme where it was created. For more flexibility, each user can also insert images to enhance studies.
Compliance retrofitting actions
During the HACCP study, compliance retrofitting actions are defined (modifications of machines or installation of equipment). Skill HACCP Pro provides central and secured management of these actions, guaranteeing real time monitoring. Alarms are displayed in colour to highlight the delay in respect of the end dates planned. When action is updated by a responsible, all the information is entered. However, by safety, the action entrusted initially cannot be removed.
Option audit transversal
Transverse audit option The transverse audit option allows interrogating all studies, using your data to answer questions such as: - " What are the temperature values used in all production lines ? " HACCP studies are not limited to a printed form used only by your auditors, they are a genuine investigation base required in case of crisis to ensure your respond promptly. Questions are produced in a few seconds and the answer returned based on all studies in your different sites. This module allows checking information homogeneity among all studies over all sites. ISO 22000, PRP, PRPo
The ISO 22000 international standard specifies the requirements for a food safety management system. ISO 22000 integrates the principles of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system and application steps developed by the Codex Alimentarius Commission. By means of auditable requirements, it combines the HACCP plan with prerequisite programmes. Skill HACCP Pro meets ISO 22000 requirements : - Skill HACCP Pro integrates PRP to a general level HACCP study.(PRPs make up the base of the hygienic environment indispensable and prerequisite to optimum conditions in food safety.) Each PRP is linked dynamically to a document accessible by all users and features revision traceability. - The decision tree is that of the ISO 22000. - Step No.8 which determines critical points produces either a critical point to monitor or a control point covered by a PRPop.
Alarmes
Alarms on study review dates are centralised, and are displayed when opening the programme.
Automatic document creation
A comprehensive file is generated automatically to meet requirements of customers, auditors or your teams. All essential points, operations, hazards, CCP, PRPo, preventive actions, control criteria and corrective actions are printed. You can filter all your information in the HACCP Pro study to produce transverse analyses and identify a particular hazard for a study for example, or exclude hazards not linked with food safety. Unlike a « word processor or spreadsheet » Skill HACCP Pro provides a database in which you can filter, format, and update without restarting every time.
Multilingual translation option
