CREATION OF ACTIONS : For each cause, several actions can be put in place to reduce the criticality values through a reduction of the frequency or of detection.

MONITORING OF THE ACTION PLANS 2 MOUSE CLICKS : Actions are monitored and updated by two mouse clicks. The user gives their name, and all their unimplemented actions are displayed. The portfolio of actions is centralised for the entire company, enabling everyone to access directly all the actions to be accomplished for all the FMEA files managed by Skill Designor Pro.

UPDATE OF AN ACTION : Clicking once on the action enables the user to effect the update or make the report directly. At this stage it is impossible to delete an action.

MONITORING OF ACTIONS : The graphical analyses in the portfolio of actions enables the overall level of progress in relation to a study to be seen immediately. More detailed analyses concerning the managers enable each person's rate of progress to be measured. Plan, Do, Check, Act.
